Social Worker for the West - CLOSED

We are looking for a dynamic Social Worker, who is passionate about working with homeless Families and loves working alongside a variety of people and issues to bring about change. 

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our service for a value driven, strengths based social worker who is passionate about family/whanau, community wellbeing, and wants to be part of creating better outcomes for those who are marginalized and homeless. This position will be full time and based in West Auckland. The role will be to support families who have moved into our Emergency houses, to find appropriate housing solutions and community homes, to work on established goals that will help them move towards achieving their goals and aspirations.

We are a small team, dedicated to supporting families to achieve sustainable housing through our emergency, transitional & longer term housing with wrap around social services. This role does involve travel out in the community.

Operations Manager
