Monte Cecilia Housing Trust provides essential housing services to some of the most vulnerable families in our country. Since its establishment in 1982, the Trust has generated support and income from a range of sources to support its mission. These include: rents from our clients, the Friends of Monte, Government contracts, grants from various philanthropic Trusts and Foundations, donations from the Catholic Community including Schools and Church parishes.
We are grateful to all our supporters both past and present who have made the work of the Trust possible.
We acknowledge with deep gratitude the generosity of our 2011 government and philanthropic funders including: ASB Community Trust, Auckland Airport Community Trust, COGS, the Catholic Caring Foundation, Counties Manukau DHB, CY&FS, David Levene Foundation, Four Winds Foundation, Good Shepherd Sisters, Ministry of Social Development ( Community Response Fund), Ministry of Education, NZ Lottery Grants Board, Lion Foundation, Sky City, the Guardian Trust and the Southern Trust.
