An amazing gift of land to Monte Cecilia Housing Trust has resulted in the construction of seven new houses in Mangere. The ASB Community Trust has grant of $537,000, enabled Monte Cecilia to access a loan through Housing New Zealand for the remaining 50 percent of the project.
